Terms & Conditions — waq89

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the waq89 online betting and gaming website accessible at waq89.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by waq89 as a condition of withdrawal and certain account features.

Access to and use of the waq89 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. waq89 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of play.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or legal entity when registering or operating an Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of waq89 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously been excluded from or had an Account terminated on the waq89 Platform for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied and remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform. You agree to notify waq89 immediately if any of these conditions cease to be met.

To access the full range of Services on waq89, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. waq89 reserves the right to verify any information provided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. waq89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify waq89 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing the first withdrawal, and at any time waq89 reasonably deems necessary, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, including a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. waq89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• Account currency: All Accounts on waq89 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no facility to hold multiple currency balances. No foreign-exchange conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Indonesian local payment methods.

waq89 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, subject to your chosen payment provider's own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes in the event of technical delays at the payment provider's end.
• waq89 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees — please consult your provider's terms.
• You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 15 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 25× requirement must generate Rp 2.500.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Qualifying games: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. • Validity period: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire if not met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: waq89 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings from any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets designed solely to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, or collusion with other Players.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Changes: waq89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already triggered and activated the bonus.

The following rules govern wagering activity on the waq89 Platform across all betting verticals:

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the Platform's sportsbook help section. • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of waq89.

Nothing in this clause shall limit waq89's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases where waq89's liability is not fully excluded, our aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account and this Agreement at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completion of pending KYC and withdrawal processing) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited.
• waq89-initiated termination: waq89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, that continued operation of your Account poses a legal or financial risk to the Platform, or that we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct, and Governing Law survive termination of this Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which waq89 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

• Informal resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact waq89's customer support team and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the parties to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
• Formal proceedings: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
• Jurisdiction: You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals specified in the governing laws of waq89's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved by arbitration.
• Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in class action claims against waq89.

waq89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or display a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date. Your Account Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Clause 11.
